The past few years have been intense. So many of us are feeling overwhelmed, unsteady, disoriented, and just plain heavy. If you have experience with depression, C-PTSD, or trauma, whether it’s recent or in the past, you are most likely feeling exceptionally activated during this time. You are not alone.

Therapy provides a space to center and explore your connection to yourself and how you move through the world. In consensual partnership, we will care for the places in you where harm, hurt, insecurity, and shame lives. I’ll ask questions that will draw out outdated programming, old patterns of thinking, and the deep-rooted emotional injuries you’ve carried for too long. We both know your life has a bigger purpose and we’re going to find it.

Our work together will bring direction, meaning, and purpose to the forefront of your life. Shifts in us require shifts in our behavior, so we’ll try practices that are grounding and that center compassion, connection, and joy. You’ll gain clarity on how your experiences, and the story you tell yourself about them or the story you were told, have kept you from living fully.

Korrine Wojcik, LLMSW (they/them) is a white queer, gender non-conforming, transgender practitioner who is affirming of all identities and lifestyles including non-monogamy, polyamory, Kink and BDSM. They use techniques that embody harm-reduction, post-traumatic growth, wellbeing and liberation.
